Redtopis Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Redtopis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy.   

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags attached

3. Return Window

You have 2 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

4. Return Process

  2. Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.   
  3. Refund: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Items that are final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked as “final sale” on the product page.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and the original packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
