ORDERING PROCESS
I. SEARCH AND CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITE PRODUCTS AT FAMILY PET
- You can search for products in 2 ways:

- Type the product name in the search bar
- Search by product category on the menu bar (Puppies, Cats, Hamsters…)
- After finding a satisfactory product, please go to the product page to view the product. Here, customers can view product information and the quantity of products they want to buy and choose to buy the product by clicking on the “BUY” button.
After the information window is displayed in the upper right corner of the screen, customers can select “VIEW CART” to check the products in the cart, add/reduce the quantity of products or click “CHECKOUT” to proceed with online ordering.”
II. ORDER ONLINE AND MAKE PAYMENT
I. BUYER’S ADDRESS
– For customers who already have an account, please log in with your existing account before placing an order.
– For customers who do not have an account, please fill in the buyer information completely. When clicking “Create an account for next time”, Family Pet will automatically create a customer account on the website with a personal password.
*Family Pet encourages customers to shop by logging into their accounts at familypet.xyz to save time and receive incentives through their accounts. With this account, you can easily order products without having to re-enter information each time you make a purchase.
II. METHOD OF TRANSPORTATION
Free shipping on all orders worth 499,000 VND or more in all provinces nationwide.
For orders with a value of less than 499,000 VND, FAMILY PET applies a shipping fee schedule according to each area.
III. PAYMENT METHOD
You can choose 1 of 2 available payment methods:

- Cash on delivery (COD).
- Payment when ordering by: Bank transfer, Coin account, Scan code…
STEP 3: CONFIRM ORDER
– After completing the online purchase process on the family pet website, please check your Order Confirmation email with detailed information about the order you placed earlier.
